We will ship all products to US and Canada following the guidelines below. For other international orders please email us.

KratomTherapy.com will ship all of our products via United States Postal Service (USPS). We will ship all products priority unless you have a special expedited shipping request. If so, drop us an email, give us a call, or indicate as much in the shipping information info.

NOTE: Indiana has banned 2 Alkaloids in the Kratom Leaf (Mitragynine & 7-hydroxymitragynine). Therefore, Kratom Therapy must comply with individual state laws and WE WILL NOT SHIP TO INDIANA. Sorry!

International Shipping
We do ship internationally. To place an international order, email us your order, full name, shipping address, telephone number and we will respond with an email invoice and full shipping information. Once your invoice is paid we will ship within 24 hours. Delivery time range from 4 days to 2 weeks depending on what type of shipping service is used and your country’s customs policies. We will NOT ship to the following 15 countries: Thailand, Bhutan, Australia, Finland, Denmark, Poland, Lithuania, Malaysia and Myanmar (Burma), New Zealand, South Korea, Ireland, Germany, Sweden, Norway.

Tracking and Confirmation
We email you a tracking number to confirm that your order has been shipped so you can track the delivery of your package. Do not be alarmed if your shipment does not show up in tracking until the day it is delivered. Many times the shipment does not show up in tracking until it reaches its city of destination. Priority Mail “tracking” is better called delivery confirmation because by the time the USPS system updates in the system it has already been delivered or close to being delivered. If tracking is very important to you please request Express mail.

Kratom Therapy strives to ensure that all our customers receive their packages as expeditiously as possible. Express Shipments are NOT guaranteed to arrive overnight; it is a guaranteed 1-2 day service. Priority is the most economical option and usually takes 2-3 days. These time frames do not include order fulfillment time of 24hrs. All products will be shipped within 24hrs of receipt!

We will ship you your product either same day or within 24 hours of receiving your order. You should receive your product within 2-5 days of placing your order on line. If for some reason there is a delay on our end, we will contact you to let you know the adjusted delivery time that you should expect.

If a package has been insured by the customer, we will gladly reship any order that did not arrive at its intended destination. For an additional shipping fee, we will reship orders that were not delivered successfully provided that the original package is returned to us unopened. Any incorrectly filled items must be returned unopened to P.O Box 3525, Pismo Beach, CA 93448, and we will reship the correct item to you once the package has been received. If the package is returned to us, and the order is found to be correctly filled according to the order invoice, we will reship the said package to you at your expense.

Kratom Therapy can only guarantee shipping from our facility. Once your order leaves our facility, we can no longer be held responsible for its destination and arrival time. We will, however, do everything in our power to assist you in ensuring your package arrives successfully.
