There is a 14 day lead time to fulfill orders for capsules and
capsule machines due to the fact that all orders are
manufactured by an order-by-order basis. Just like our Kratom
strains, we do not stockpile capsules due to the delicate nature
of these products and to guarantee the freshest products for our

Phone Ordering:
All telephone orders need to be placed between 8am-4pm
PST Monday-Friday in order to be sent out same day. Please
call 805-473-3377 to place your order!
Instructions for placing phone order:
• Select product(s) and submit order online
• Call 805-473-0623 and reference the order to complete
payment over the phone
Online Ordering:
Online, Weekend, and After Hour orders, please include
credit card information in the “Special Instructions box” before
submitting the order online.

Name on Card, Billing
Address, Card Number, 3 digit CVV number (on back) and Expiration.
All online orders will be shipped out same day if
received before 4pm PST. All orders received after 5pm PST
will be shipped out the following business day (excludes
